Underwater madness sounds like a good idea.
either in an underwater base or
actually underwater(like with rebreather gear and with underwater rifles like the russian ADS rifle).
and the minehead guy sortaa reminds me of a cross between Junkrat from Overwatch and those Suicide Psychos from Borderlands.

I wasn't really planning on making a movie with these 2 characters I just wanted to test if they would look okay and fit in madness, but I might make some short tests with some of things you suggested for underwater madness.
